Mandatory Requirements for Returns
To initiate a return, you must:

Record an unboxing video while opening the package. The video should clearly show:

The sealed package before opening.

The contents inside the package.

Any damage or incorrect product, if applicable.

Once we receive your return request and unboxing video, our team will review the evidence.

If the return is approved, we will arrange for product collection.

After inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund.

Refunds will be issued within 6 to 12 business days via the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

If the product shows signs of use or damage after delivery.

If an unboxing video is not provided.

If the return request is made after the 3-day return period.
Return Shipping Charges

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, AuroScent will cover the return shipping charges.

For any other reason, return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

If you no longer wish to keep the product after it has been shipped, you may follow the return and refund policy (only applicable if the item meets the return eligibility criteria).
3. Customize Order Cancellation

Customized orders cannot be canceled before or after shipping, as they are handcrafted specifically to meet your unique preferences.
4. Cancellation by AuroScent
AuroScent reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

Stock unavailability – If the product is out of stock or discontinued.

Payment issues – If there are problems with payment verification or suspected fraudulent transactions.

Invalid shipping details – If the provided address or contact information is incorrect or incomplete.
